In short

InstaForge only stores what it needs to work: keeping you signed in and remembering your language and theme. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, so there is nothing to agree to.

What we store on your device

• Sign-in (instaforge.token, browser storage): keeps you signed in to the dashboard on this device. It lasts until you sign out, or until the device hasn't been used for 30 days; you can also sign a device out from Settings.
• Language (instaforge.lang, browser storage): the language you chose for the dashboard. Kept until you clear it.
• Theme (instaforge.scheme, browser storage): light or dark mode. Kept until you clear it.
• Website chat (instaforge.chat.<name>, browser storage): when a visitor writes in a business's website chat, a random conversation id is kept so the conversation is still there if they come back. It holds no name or other details, and is removed when browser data is cleared.
• Connection check (if_ig_oauth and if_google_oauth, cookies): set for 15 minutes while you connect an Instagram account or a Google Calendar, to make sure the connection is finished by the same browser that started it.

All of these come from InstaForge itself and are strictly necessary for the features you use. The law does not require consent for them.

What we do not use

No advertising cookies, no social media pixels and no third-party analytics. Where an admin turned on usage analytics for a team member's account, it is recorded on our server and stores nothing on the device.

Other services

Our network provider, Cloudflare, may set a short-lived cookie to protect the site from automated attacks. Deposit payments happen on Stripe's own pages, under Stripe's cookie policy. Pages from Instagram, Google or an AI provider that you open while connecting an account follow their own policies.

How to control them

You can delete these items in your browser settings at any time. If you delete the sign-in item you will be signed out, and the dashboard returns to your browser's language and theme.
