For agencies and freelancers who run social media for clients

An AI assistant for every client you run

It answers Instagram DMs and comments, WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram and the website chat in the client's own voice, books appointments, takes orders, and passes the tricky conversations to a person. You set one up in an afternoon and run all of them from one place.

Built on the official APIs of Meta and Telegram

One assistant, on every channel the client's customers use

  • Instagram DMs
  • Comments
  • Story replies
  • WhatsApp
  • Messenger
  • Telegram
  • Website chat

How it works

From a client's website to a live assistant in an afternoon

  1. 1

    Paste the client's website

Quick setup reads the site, the price list or anything you paste, and drafts the knowledge, exact answers for prices and policies, opening hours, services and a welcome message. You keep what's right.

  2. 2

Test it before anyone sees it

Chat with it in the playground in every language the client's customers write in. Correct an answer once and it becomes an exact answer from then on.

Do you do keratin? Yes, keratin is 120 EUR for long hair and lasts about 3 months. Exact answer
  3. 3

Connect the channels and go live

The client connects Instagram, WhatsApp or Telegram once. After that, every change is a draft until you publish it, and every published version can be brought back.

What it does

Everything a busy front desk does, minus the waiting

Answers from what the business actually told you

The assistant works from the client's own knowledge: their prices, rules, services and opening hours. When it doesn't know, it says so and offers a person, and the question lands in a list for you to answer once.

  • Exact answers for prices and policies, word for word
  • Never invents a price, a time or a promise
  • Questions it couldn't answer, grouped and counted

Bookings, orders and payments inside the chat

Services, staff and opening hours become free times the assistant can offer. It books, asks for a deposit through the client's own Stripe account when you want one, reminds people the day before and frees the time when they don't confirm.

  • Booking page and shop page for the bio link
  • Deposits, reminders and no-show protection
  • Review requests after the visit and loyalty stamps

A person, when it matters

When someone asks for a human or the topic needs one, the assistant steps back and the team gets an alert with a few lines on what the customer wants. During working hours the team can answer first and the assistant only covers nights and weekends.

  • Hand-off summary on the phone and in Telegram
  • Suggested replies and offers drafted from your notes
  • Night and weekend mode, holidays included

Mornings start with a list, not a scroll

Keep the dates that matter on each customer: birthdays, anniversaries, trips, payment deadlines, when a passport expires. Every morning the team gets what's due, each with a message ready to send, and works through it from Telegram with one tap.

  • Birthdays, passports, trips and payments
  • Customers who went quiet, with a friendly check-in
  • Nothing is sent until someone presses Send

Know what happened this week

Every Monday the owner gets the week at a glance: where new people came from, how fast they got a first reply, which chats may have been lost and who on the team handled what. Cold leads are sorted by what they wanted, so you can bring them back.

  • New people and bookings by source
  • Chats that may have been lost, with links
  • Cold leads sorted by interest and where they stopped

Use cases

Set up for the way each business sells

Templates give each kind of business a sensible start: a welcome message, starter questions and the questions to ask before booking or ordering.

Beauty salons, barbers, nail and spa studios

Most DMs are the same three questions: how much, when, and where. The assistant answers them, offers free times by stylist and books, so the team works on clients instead of the phone.

  • Prices by service and hair length
  • Booking with deposits and reminders
  • Review requests after the visit
  • Rebooking reminders and loyalty stamps

For agencies

Built for the people who run it for clients

InstaForge is made for running many clients at once: their assistants, their customers, their billing and their own view of the results.

Your brand, not ours

Your logo, colours and name on the dashboard and every client's portal. Each client can have the portal, booking page and website chat on their own domain.

A portal for each client

Business owners see their conversations, bookings and results, approve posts and Google review replies, and suggest changes. You choose which parts they see.

Billing your clients

Monthly fees with payment links, AI costs passed on with your markup, and a statement for each client every month.

A team with the right access

Admins, editors, agents and viewers, each limited to the clients they work on. See who answers fastest and who's busy.

Demos that sell themselves

Paste a prospect's website and send them a working assistant on a link. It lasts a week, and you keep it as a client when they say yes.

Works with AI agents

Connect Claude or another AI agent and build, test and run assistants by chat, with the same permissions as your account.

Careful by design

It knows what it shouldn't do

Official APIs only

Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp through Meta's official APIs, Telegram through its Bot API, all within their messaging rules. No passwords, no scraping, no grey tools.

Answers it can stand behind

It answers from the client's knowledge and leaves gaps for a person. Every correction becomes an exact answer, and every change can be undone.

Privacy built in

It asks for consent where needed, and you can export or delete everything about a person in one click. Old conversations are removed on a schedule you set.

The client's AI, the client's budget

Pick the AI for each assistant: OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, DeepSeek and others. Set a monthly budget and see the cost per client.

Questions

Questions agencies ask first

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Everything is set up in the dashboard: paste a website, adjust the answers, test and publish. The help centre walks through each step.

Is it a chatbot?

It's more than a button menu. The assistant understands what people write in their own words, answers from the business's knowledge, asks the questions a booking needs and books it, and passes the conversation to a person when it should. You can still add starter buttons, comment keywords and fixed replies where they help.

Is this allowed by Instagram and WhatsApp?

Yes. Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp are connected through Meta's official APIs, and Telegram through its Bot API. The client's Instagram needs to be a professional (business or creator) account, and the assistant follows each platform's rules on when a business may write. The website chat goes on any site with one line of code.

Which languages does it speak?

The assistant answers in the language the customer writes in, using the client's knowledge. The dashboard and client portal are in English, Russian, Ukrainian and Spanish.

What happens when it doesn't know something?

It says it doesn't know, offers a person and saves the question. You answer it once, and from then on everyone who asks gets that answer.

Can my clients see their own assistant?

Yes. Each client gets a portal with their conversations, bookings, customers and results, under your brand. You decide which sections they see.

Which AI does it use, and who pays for it?

You choose the provider and model for each assistant and connect your own key. The usage is shown per client, so you can include it in your fee or pass it on with a markup.

What does it cost?

Agencies are on a monthly plan sized by how many assistants they run. Tell us a little about your agency and we'll set you up.
